Store manager - retail

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Supervision: 5-10 people. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure.
