A leader in content creation in the country, Bell Media owns some of Canada's most-watched and listened-to news, sports, and entertainment properties, including well-known brands like Crave and Noovo.SummaryReporting to the Senior Manager, Entertainment Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for managing large-scale marketing projects and developing content and social media strategies for our entertainment brands, Noovo and Crave. As a strategic reference for the team, this person plays a key role in achieving our business objectives and directly contributes to the visibility of our brands.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and evolve content and social media strategies for our brands, defining editorial guidelines, content pillars, and strategic calendars.Supervise and support a team of specialists in the planning, execution, and optimization of initiatives on digital platforms.Manage end-to-end multidisciplinary marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the delivery and success of campaigns.Analyze the performance of content, campaigns, and social platforms; formulate recommendations and prepare reports for management to guide future decisions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and best practices to continuously innovate and optimize our approaches.Critical QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, content strategy, social media, or brand management.Significant experience in developing content and social media strategies for consumer brands, ideally in the entertainment industry.Proven experience in team management and influential leadership.In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada. Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, social platforms, and their performance indicators.Solid general knowledge of the Quebec artistic, cultural, and television landscape.Excellent project management, organizational, and collaborative skills.Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite.Knowledge of Monday.com is an asset.A strong interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence.
