The Corporate Finance team is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and business partnership for Bell's Corporate Groups portfolios. This role is responsible for supporting a broad range of stakeholders by delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and proactive guidance throughout the month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles.The successful candidate will work collaboratively across Finance and business teams to ensure sound financial management, support decision-making, and drive accountability for financial performance.The ideal candidate is a highly motivated finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the financial management and oversight of assigned Corporate Groups portfolios, including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activitiesPartner with business leaders and key stakeholders to provide financial insight, support decision-making, and ensure alignment with corporate objectivesPrepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis, forecasts, risks, opportunities, and executive summariesMonitor financial performance and identify trends, providing recommendations to improve results and support achievement of financial targetsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, acting as a trusted advisor on financial mattersSupport the preparation of executive presentations and materials for senior leadership reviews, forecast updates, and planning discussionsCollaborate with cross-functional Finance teams to drive consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in reporting and planning processesLead or participate in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives that support broader Corporate Finance objectivesQualificationsUniversity degree with ~5 years of experience in a financial planning environmentCPA designation or equivalent professional certification (or in progress)Proficient in BPC (Anaplan), SAP, and ExcelStrong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns within financial dataExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and conciselyAbility to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional groups and managementExperience in the telecommunications industry is a strong assetAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
