Restaurant general manager

Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Relocation costs not covered by employer. Tasks: Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions. Perform sales and marketing activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems. Monitor staff performance . Supervision: 16-20 people.
