Monitor - Full Time

The Monitor is responsible for supervising family visits at the Family Learning Place in a safe, culturally respectful, and trauma-informed manner. This role ensures the wellbeing of children during visits, supports positive family interactions, and documents observations accurately for internal records and ministry reporting. Monitors uphold Eagle Heart Centres mission by providing a welcoming, non-judgmental environment while maintaining firm boundaries, safety standards, and compliance with program policies. Education: Minimum Grade 12, post-secondary education in Human Services, Youth Care, Social Work, Indigenous Studies, or a related field is an asset.
