The CTGT Specialized Intensive Home Visitor provides direct, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded support to families and young children participating in the Caring Nest Head Start program. Working under the direction of the Caring Nest Team Lead, this role delivers individualized in-home and community-based services designed to strengthen family relationships, promote child development, and build parental capacity. The CTGT Home Visitor works collaboratively with caregivers, professionals, and community partners to ensure services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in alignment with family goals and Ministry case plans.
