HR Systems & Project Specialist is a one-year term position established to support the continued development, modernization and effectiveness of Eagle Heart Centre's Human Resources function. Reporting to the Director of Operations & Human Resources and working collaboratively with the Human Resources Coordinator, the Specialist will support HR systems administration and optimization, policy and procedure development, HR research, personnel-file modernization, recruitment and onboarding, compliance tracking, HR reporting and other human resources improvement projects. A significant focus of this position will be supporting and optimizing ADP Workforce Now, strengthening HR data integrity, and identifying opportunities to improve or digitize HR processes.
