Youth Home Worker

The Youth Care Worker supports vulnerable and at-risk youth living in a care home environment through individual and group programming, life skills training, and crisis intervention. Using a harm reduction model, the Youth Care Worker promotes independence, safety, and personal growth. Reporting directly to the Team Lead with overarching accountability to the Executive Director, this role delivers culturally safe, trauma-informed, and youth-centered services that align with Eagle Heart Centre's mission, vision, and universal competencies.
