This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys variety in their work, solving complex mechanical challenges, and contributing to the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of heavy equipment and machinery. *What You'll Do* As a Millwright, you will play an important role in ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Responsibilities will include: * Installing, assembling, dismantling, and relocating machinery and heavy equipment * Interpreting blueprints, schematics, drawings, and technical manuals * Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and 12/24-volt electrical systems * Performing repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment * Fabricating and modifying parts as required during equipment installation or repair * Aligning and commissioning machinery to required specifications * Utilizing hand tools, power tools, hoists, lift trucks, and other equipment safely and effectively * Identifying equipment deficiencies and implementing corrective actions * Supporting and mentoring apprentices * Completing required documentation and maintenance records * Maintaining compliance with company safety standards, operating procedures, and quality requirements *What We're Looking For* * Journeyperson Millwright certification or equivalent combination of training and experience * Extensive experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and heavy equipment * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical specifications * Experience fabricating or modifying components as required * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement * Experience mentoring or supervising apprentices is considered an asset * Willingness and ability to travel throughout Canada and the United States as required *Why Join Craig Manufacturing?* At Craig Manufacturing, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset.
