Line cooks looking to apply should expect the following responsibilities: Skill with all facets of the kitchen (fryer, flat top, pans, charbroiler) Attention to detail Knowledge of proper cleaning methods for kitchen and kitchen equipment Evening/Weekend Availability (3-5pm start times - until close 10pm - 12am depending on the day) Communication skills Teamwork Experienced preferred not but necessary!
