*Job Purpose* *Position Title:* Part Time Child and Youth Worker ? Contract until March 31, 2028. Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Women?s Rural Resource Centre?s Direct Care and Shelter Teams, the Part Time Child and Youth Worker (CYW) supports the implementation of trauma-informed programming for children and youth impacted by gender-based violence (GBV). This role focuses on program delivery, advocacy, therapeutic support, and engagement with children, youth, and caregivers. The CYW works collaboratively with the full-time Child and Youth Advocate and broader team to ensure programming is responsive, safe, and aligned with WRRC values.
