We are currently looking for a ?Export Sales Manager? *Company Name*: The Crab Shop *Location*: 121-2455 Dollarton Hwy, North Vancouver, BC V7H 0A2 *Salary*: $112,125 Annually *Working Schedule*: 9: 00 AM ? 5:00 PM (Including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break), Monday to Friday *Employment Type*: Full-time, Permanent *About Us* We are a North Vancouver-based seafood company with integrated operations including retail, wholesale, and direct harvesting through our own fishing vessel. We supply fresh and live seafood to both domestic and international markets. Currently, we are seeking an ?Export Sales Manager? to oversee and grow our international sales operations. The role involves expanding overseas market, managing key business accounts, and supporting long-term sales development *Key Responsibilities* * Oversee and coordinate the company?s export sales activities across assigned international markets * Develop practical sales plans to support business growth and improve market presence * Identify new opportunities for product expansion and entry into new regions * Maintain strong work relationships with overseas clients and partners * Handel contract discussions, pricing, and order agreements with business customers * Guide and support sale staff to ensure consistent performance and client service * Participate in hiring and training team members when needed * Work closely with marketing and operations team to ensure sales plan match product supply and market demand * Keep track of market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales approach *Qualifications:* * Bachelor or diploma degree in business, marketing, international trade, or related field * Minimum three years of experience in import and export sales or trades * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to manage multiple clients and markets independently * English required; additional languages are an asset *How to Apply*: If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume by email to thecrabjob\_recruit@outlook.com Due to the nature of our business, our phone lines are reserved for client services.
