*Job Overview* MSC Cruises, the world?s third-largest cruise line brand, is looking for a consultant (contractor) to support its eCommerce and Marketing activities in Canada. Reporting to the Manager, eCommerce & Marketing, the role will support the day-to-day management and maintenance of MSC Cruises Canada?s B2C and B2B digital channels, with a focus on website content authoring, promotional activations, localization, digital assets, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CMS platforms and building or updating web pages using predefined templates and components, while ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand guidelines and Canadian market requirements. The consultant may also support additional eCommerce and marketing activities as needed based on business priorities. This is a hybrid contract position with a 6-month engagement with the potential to extend *Core Tasks Content Authoring & Management* * Create, edit, and maintain website pages using CMS templates and components. * Author and format text, images, banners, promotional content, and other digital assets. * support English and French content updates and localization for the Canadian market, in collaboration with internal and external resources as needed. * Maintain promotional, product, destination, ship, and informational content. * Ensure content follows brand guidelines and Canadian market requirements. *Page Building & Promotional Support* * Build and maintain landing pages, campaign pages, and promotional content. * Support the activation, update, scheduling, and removal of promotions. * Configure page properties, metadata, links, navigation, and other content elements. * Ensure pricing, disclaimers, terms and conditions, and promotional messaging are displayed accurately. *Digital Assets* * Locate, upload, and manage approved website assets. * Support image and asset updates, including banners, promotional tiles, and documents. * Coordinate with Creative and other stakeholders when new or updated assets are required. *SEO, Accessibility & Quality Assurance* * Apply basic SEO best practices, including page titles, meta descriptions, alt text, URLs, and headers. * Support accessibility requirements and content best practices. * Conduct QA before and after publication, including content, links, images, formatting, and responsive display. * Identify and report broken links, outdated content, formatting issues, and other inconsistencies. * Support testing of new website components, enhancements, and functionality. *Content Operations & Marketing Support* * Track content requests, updates, deadlines, and deliverables. * Coordinate with eCommerce, Marketing, Creative, Product, and technical teams. * Support campaign execution, digital content preparation, testing, and other eCommerce or marketing initiatives as required. * Provide additional support based on evolving business and team priorities. *Candidate Requirements * * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital content, eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field. * Previous experience working with a CMS and website content authoring. * Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is an asset. * Basic knowledge of HTML, SEO, accessibility, and web content best practices. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with different stakeholders. * Experience with website QA, digital assets, and promotional content is an asset. * Bilingual English and French is a strong asset.
