*Lift truck operator ? You?ll be part of a team that supports each other and takes safety seriously. *We offer:* * Health, dental, vision, life & disability insurance * Paid time off * Company events * On-site parking * Perkopolis discounts * Internal promotions *What You?ll Do* * Maintain a strong focus on safe work practices * Using a sit down/counterbalance lift truck to move product within the facility * Control inventory locations * Set up work areas to assist with efficiency *What We?re Looking For* * Strong attention to detail and pride in your work * Ability to follow instructions and work safely * Positive attitude and respectful team mindset * Comfortable with long periods of sitting, physical, hands-on work *Skills & Requirements:* * Valid lift truck/forklift certification (or ability to attain) and demonstrated safe operating experience. * Minimum 1?2 years of experience operating lift trucks in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred. * Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices and regulations. * Ability to safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials while preventing product damage. * Ability to accurately complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. * Reliable attendance and punctuality. * Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials throughout the shift. * Comfortable working in varying warehouse or manufacturing conditions, including exposure to temperature fluctuations. *Physical Requirements* * Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally * Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching * This is a physically demanding role *Additional Information* We do not use artificial intelligence in our screening or interview process?your application is reviewed by real people.
