Human resources manager

*Position Summary:* The Human Resources Manager provides practical HR advice and manages day-to-day people processes at Foothills Country Hospice Society (FCHS). Working closely with the Executive Director, Directors and Team Leads, the Manager supports fair, consistent people practices and a respectful, healthy workplace that reflects the hospice?s mission, vision and values. This hands-on role combines employee relations and leader support with recruitment, HR administration, benefits, HRIS management, workplace assessments and centralized HR support for volunteers.
