Clinical services manager

*Position Summary: * The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) is a senior health care leader responsible for overseeing clinical operations at Foothills Country Hospice Society (FCHS). This includes managing the delivery of patient care, leading clinical staff and patient support volunteers, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The CSM works closely with the Executive Director, Medical Director and Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies that promote safe, high-quality, patient-family-centred care using a palliative care approach.
