What You'll Do - Respond to requests from tenants for in-unit repairs in a timely manner - Assess the reported issue and determine the type of repair and supplies required - Minor carpentry, plumbing, heating, and other miscellaneous repairs. - Respond to emergency building issues such as flooding and heat - Basic maintenance repairs to common areas including changing lightbulbs, unclogging toilets and minor drywall repair - Preventative maintenance and testing as outlined in Regina Housing preventative maintenance plan - Determine facility and equipment needs or problems and coordinate solutions with the appropriate members of the Maintenance team - Snow removal for all properties as necessary - Interact with tenants, contractors, and other staff members in a positive, professional, and sensitive manner.
