Tenant Relations Officer

Regina Housing provides appropriate and affordable housing to those most in need. We are currently looking for one Tenant Relations Officer to join our Housing Program team. The Tenant Relations Officers (TROs) are responsible for all aspects of tenant selection, placement, support and service referrals. Our TROs provide each tenant with suitable placement based on need and current vacancies. TROs establish an ongoing relationship with tenants to facilitate successful tenancies by addressing complaints, assessing complex needs, and assisting to secure adequate support.
