If you thrive in a fast-paced, and love making guests feel welcome, we want to hear from you. *What You?ll Do:* ? Be the face of The Ora Hotel breakfast area, welcoming all guests entering the area and thanking all guests who are leaving; asking how they enjoyed their breakfast and how their experience was. ? Deliver outstanding customer service, going the extra mile is what we do best. ? Communicate professionally in person handling all guest interactions with the highest quality of service and professionalism. ? Setting up and organizing the breakfast area and other areas of responsibility throughout the shift, including cleaning and organizing stock rooms. ? Ensure all breakfast stations are well maintained and addressing issues as they arise. ? Collaborate with departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping and Maintenance) to meet guest needs ? Maintain a clean and organized Breakfast area and stock room before breakfast begins and after breakfast ends, contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and team members. ? Monitor waste including inventory checks and minor maintenance taking note of any expired goods and making note of inventory and what needs to be ordered day to day. *What We?re Looking For:* ? Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a proactive approach to guest needs. ? A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, both independently and collaboratively ? Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset ? Availability to work weekends, and holidays ?
