You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. *Duties* * Greet clients warmly and assist them with their needs at the front desk. * Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon area. * Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products or services. * Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction. * Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations. *Skills* * Customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Proficient in hair styling techniques and trends. * Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe environment. * Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining integrity. * Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience. * Front desk experience is beneficial for managing appointments and client interactions.
