WE ARE HIRING - Construction Estimator Vancouver, BC | Full-time Amini Construction Inc. is a Vancouver general contractor that focuses on residential renovations and commercial tenant improvements. We're a fast-moving team and need an experienced full-time estimator to help us win the right work at the right price. *Responsibilities:* - Do quantity takeoffs and build detailed and accurate estimates from drawings and specs - Request and compare subtrade and supplier quotes, and assemble complete bids - Prepare early-stage budgets and tender submissions - Visit sites across Greater Vancouver to check existing conditions and scope - Hand estimates off to our PMs and track actual costs against what we estimated *Requirements:* - At least 5 years of construction estimating experience - You must live in Greater Vancouver. We are not considering remote or relocation applicants. - Valid BC driver's licence and your own vehicle - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Lower Mainland subtrade pricing - Comfortable with takeoff software and Excel - Organized and accurate, and able to handle numerous bids at once *What We Offer:* Competitive pay and benefits, and direct access to the owners.
