Application analyst, clinical informatics (epiccare inpatient ambulatory)

Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Applications, the Applications Analyst (EpicCare Inpatient Ambulatory) will use their clinical knowledge combined with their superior analytical skills to support Mackenzie health EMR (electronic medical record). Additionally, they will work closely with physician leadership, nursing and allied health leadership, and various clinical groups to provide end user support, troubleshoot issues and errors in the system, enhance and improve EMR while maintaining system standards by analyzing business operations, prioritizing, and implementing requested changes.
