The ideal candidate will be able to produce clean, high-quality welds on thin-gauge stainless steel components while maintaining tight tolerances and minimizing distortion. Responsibilities • Perform TIG welding on 20-gauge stainless steel and other thin-gauge materials. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols. • Fit, tack, and weld stainless steel components to specification. • Ensure welds are clean, smooth, and meet quality standards. • Inspect finished welds for defects and perform touch-ups as required. • Operate grinders, polishers, and other fabrication equipment. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
