The Weld & Front-End Supervisor manages the daily fabrication in the production facility, ensuring products meet quality standards, safety, and scheduling requirements. This role is responsible for planning, assigning, and monitoring work for the fabrication team, coordinating with other departments to maintain workflow efficiency, and enforcing safety and environmental compliance standards.
