Logistics Coordinator & Parts Order Desk

The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate the transportation and shipment of completed equipment to customers throughout Canada and the United States. This includes obtaining and evaluating freight quotations, selecting transportation providers, scheduling shipments, coordinating loading activities, inspecting equipment prior to shipment, and ensuring all required shipping documentation is completed accurately. The position also has aftermarket parts order desk responsibilities, ensuring orders are entered accurately into the company's systems and processed efficiently. When workload permits, the individual will assist warehouse personnel with picking, packing, and shipping parts.
