Job description
-Deliver powered mobile and stationary equipment training to site personnel using a variety of instructional methods, offering coaching and feedback, and assessing on the-job performance to identify training gaps.
-Support the training team as needed while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with various sites, departments and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and operational objectives are met.
-Support Camecos Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) through various administrative functions.
-Assist with the maintenance of Camecos Learning Management System (LMS).
-Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required:
-diploma or certificate in a related field;
-minimum seven years of underground and surface equipment operation experience;
-equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered;
-strong organizational, presentation and communication skills are essential;
-strong computer skills and knowledge of computer programs (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
-working knowledge of adult learning principle;
-certified operator of multiple types of equipment;
-overhead crane training experience; and
-willing to work a 14-day rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.
Recommended:
-previous industrial work experience;
-de-icing experience;
-comprehensive understanding of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and the ability to apply its functions effectively;
-propane cylinder refilling (training);
-experience in SAP; and
-rim and tire training
