Job description

As a Lift Operator, you?ll combine attentive, safety-focused work with friendly service. You?ll help people load and unload lifts, maintain loading areas and keep a close eye on operations throughout the day. This is a full time seasonal role from approximately mid December until April and includes holidays and weekends. *What You?ll Do* * Operate lifts in accordance with training and established safety procedures. * Help members and guests load and unload safely, including those who need extra guidance. * Monitor loading and unloading areas, respond promptly to unsafe conditions and report concerns. * Shovel snow and maintain safe, accessible lift lines and loading areas. * Communicate clearly by radio with other lift staff and the Operations team. * Answer questions and provide friendly, helpful service. * Complete required checks and records as directed. *What You?ll Bring* * A dependable approach, you arrive on time and are ready for your shift. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay alert throughout the day. * Clear communication and a calm, helpful manner. * The ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Availability for weekends and holidays, including the Christmas holiday period and March Break. * Comfort working outdoors for extended periods in cold, snowy and changing weather. * The ability to perform physical duties, including shovelling and lifting or carrying. *Working at Alpine* This is an active outdoor role where safety and member service go hand in hand.
