Service Advisor

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor plays a key role and is the face of the Service Department. The Service Advisor acts as the liaison for the customer to ensure the customer receives an exceptional experience while maintaining the overall goals and objectives of the Dealership. The scope of the job includes all service-related activities from the time of booking through to customer follow up. The Service Advisor ensures the vehicle is fixed right the first time by fully understanding the customers needs and accurately documenting them on the repair order.
