Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering and managing the phone system, managing the reception schedule, data entry, and some supplies management. Qualified applicants will have experience professionally answering phones, must be proficient with computers, able to multitask and have strong communications skills. Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule with a mix of weekdays and Saturdays.
