The Cross Cancer Institute (CCI) has an opening for a Clinical Radiation Oncology Medical Physicist to join our team. The CCI is a world-class freestanding cancer treatment centre with a long history of excellence in clinical care, treatment innovation, and fundamental research. The successful applicant will join a large and broadly skilled clinical and academic team that supports activities in external beam radiation therapy, brachytherapy, nuclear medicine, as well as diagnostic and MR imaging. The Institute has eight state-of-the art Varian linear accelerators, two Philips Big Bore CT-simulators, an Elekta ICON Gamma Knife, an orthovoltage superficial unit, HDR brachytherapy system, an active permanent seed implant brachytherapy program, and an ocular brachytherapy program.
