Sales associate

Located in the heart of Uptown Waterloo, Channer's Mens Apparel has been serving the community as a high-end clothier for 18 years. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Sales Associate on a full-time basis. This is a client-facing role for someone who genuinely enjoys fashion, understands the importance of presentation and service, and can make customers feel confident in their purchases. This role also requires store cleanup, merchandising, inventory, and regular POS system use. Our customers expect a high level of personal attention and product knowledge, ensuring our existing and potential clients are greeted as soon as they enter the store. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with discerning clientele, making thoughtful recommendations, and building long-term client relationships. To be considered for this position, candidates must be prepared to support an established sales team and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a multi-faceted role, encompassing all aspects of daily retail operations and, therefore, we are in need of someone who is pro-active, able to take direction and a multi-tasker. Computer skills are required.
