As a Sales Associate at Ceha Canada Inc., you will support the growth of the company?s B2B sales channel, with a particular focus on developing and maintaining relationships with dealers, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales process from initial lead through order completion and post-sale follow-up. The role will involve sourcing new leads, identifying and developing relationships with dealers, following up on existing opportunities, preparing quotations, entering orders into the ERP system, preparing Sales Orders, and coordinating order follow-ups. The Sales Associate will also provide backup support for B2C customers and sales activities when required. This is a mid-level sales position suited to someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable communicating with customers and business partners, and interested in developing a career in B2B sales and business development. B2B Sales & Dealer Development * Support the growth of Ceha Canada Inc.'s B2B sales channel, with a primary focus on dealer relationships. * Source and research potential dealers, commercial customers, and other B2B sales opportunities. * Identify prospective dealers and support outreach to introduce Ceha Canada Inc.'s products and capabilities. * Assist with adding and onboarding new dealers to expand the company's dealer network. * Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and prospective dealers. * Follow up on previous conversations, inquiries, quotations, and loose discussions with dealers to identify opportunities and move them forward. * Maintain a pipeline of prospective dealers and business opportunities. * Qualify leads and determine appropriate next steps or follow-up. * Support sales representatives and management with dealer outreach and business development activities. * Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with dealers and B2B customers. Lead Sourcing & Business Development * Research companies, dealers, distributors, contractors, designers, and other potential B2B customers. * Source new leads through online research, industry directories, referrals, networking, and other available resources. * Conduct introductory outreach by email and phone. * Follow up with leads to determine their needs, interest, and potential fit. * Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, discussions, and follow-up activities. * Identify opportunities to reconnect with inactive or past customers and dealers. * Assist in identifying opportunities to expand sales with existing dealers and customers. Quotes & Sales Support * Prepare and issue customer and dealer quotations based on pricing, product specifications, and customer requirements. * Coordinate with internal teams to confirm product availability, pricing, specifications, lead times, and delivery requirements. * Follow up on outstanding quotations and pending customer decisions. * Track quotations and identify opportunities requiring additional follow-up. * Assist sales representatives with customer presentations, product information, pricing, and other sales materials. * Ensure quotations and sales documentation are accurate and complete. * Assist with revisions to quotations as customer requirements change. Order Entry & ERP Administration * Enter customer and dealer orders accurately into the company's ERP system. * Prepar
