Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence (NSWOC) NSWOC Nurses are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for individuals/families with wounds, ostomy and continence disorders. The dynamic role includes teaching and supporting patients, nurses and physicians in managing complicated wounds and providing ostomy education and care for pre-operative and post-operative surgical patients and their families. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing consultation and care to referred inpatients, outpatients and families.
