The RN is responsible for assessment (including triaging), planning, implementation and evaluation of care delivered. The Sheldon Chumir Health Centre, located in downtown Calgary, offers a wide range of services including urgent care, mental health, supervised consumption services, public health, home care, specialty clinics and community outreach.
