Job Description We are looking for a customer-driven Condominium Property Manager to join the CIE Property Management & Consulting team! Our Manager. One Property. Full-Time. This is a dedicated, single-site role in the Guelph area. You will manage 1 condominium community on a full-time basis. There is no portfolio to juggle and no driving between buildings. If you are a licensed manager who enjoys the work but is worn down by the portfolio pace, this role is worth a role. Why This Role Is Different • 1 property and 1 Board of Directors. About CIE CIE provides condominium property management and consulting services with a wide range of clients. They are a technology-forward company with an intense focus on organizational efficiency, proactive customer service and concierge-level services. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operation of a portfolio of properties within Guelph, North Halton, and area. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 + Benefits + Education Allowance Hours of Work: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours a week) Evenings and weekends on occasion will be required. Responsibilities • Manage and oversee the daily operation of 1 condominium property in the Guelph area. • Create, present and manage the budget for the Condominium Corporation, including Capital Expenditures, with P&L responsibility. • Chair the Board of Directors meetings and the AGM. • Prepare AGM packages and reports for Board of Directors Meetings. • Prepare recommendations for repairs and coordinating with the trades to complete them. • Ensure maintenance standards through personal inspections of both interior and exterior of property and projects. • Be the main point of contact for owners, residents and the Board. Requirements • Licensing: A valid CMRAO Limited or General License. • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Condominium Property Management. • Tech Proficiency: Comfort level with Buildium (or similar ERP) and the Microsoft Office Suite. • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; you can navigate a difficult Board meeting with professionalism and poise. • Mobility: A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the property.
