*Position:* Registered Physiotherapist *Location:* Joint Reaction Health Center ? Key Responsibilities * *Comprehensive Assessments:* Conduct functional assessments, physical evaluations, and clinical history reviews to identify root causes and movement dysfunctions. * *Personalized Care Plans:* Design and implement goal-oriented, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to diverse patient profiles and recovery stages. * *Hands-On Interventions:* Deliver targeted manual therapy, exercise prescription, functional retraining, and appropriate modalities (such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation). * *Progress Tracking & Adaptation:* Continually evaluate clinical outcomes, re-assessing and refining treatment plans to accelerate patient recovery. * *Multidisciplinary Collaboration:* Partner closely with clinic team members and external healthcare providers (referring physicians, specialists, and nurses) to deliver cohesive care. * *Patient & Family Education:* Empower patients with self-management strategies, home exercise programs, ergonomic advice, and injury prevention techniques. * *Regulatory & Electronic Documentation:* Maintain precise, timely clinical records and progress notes in full compliance with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario standards and clinic privacy guidelines. Qualifications & Experience * *Professional Registration:* Master?s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and active registration in good standing with the *College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)*. * *Clinical Expertise:* Strong foundation in orthopedic assessment, manual therapy, and modern rehabilitation techniques.
