Job Description The Administrative Assistant role involves various administrative responsibilities, such as: * Checking voicemail and responding to e-mails; * Preparing sleep study charts with patient documentation; * Inserting/cancelling/rescheduling/confirming appointments using EMR system; * Managing tasks in EMR; * Scanning, saving, and organizing documents; * Using referral tracking log; * Recognizing a type of sleep study and providing the appropriate instruction sheet to patients; * Issuing physician notifications; * Processing additional sleep study applications and IFH patient referrals; * Working with MS Word and Excel documents fluently; * Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; * A 3-year administrative experience at a medical facility is an asset; * An experienced Administrative Assistant is neede...
