*Job Overview* Join our dynamic team as a Hardscape Landscaper and bring outdoor visions to life! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for constructing durable and aesthetically pleasing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, develop your construction skills, and contribute to beautiful landscape projects from start to finish. *Responsibilities* * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of hardscape designs * Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently during installation processes * Prepare sites by grading, excavating, and setting foundations for various hardscape features * Lay bricks, pavers, stone, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials with precision and attention to detail * Install retaining walls, patios, walkways, steps, and other outdoor structures following project specifications * Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, smoothing, and sealing surfaces for durability and aesthetic appeal * Collaborate with team members to estimate project materials and ensure timely completion of assignments *Requirements* * Proven experience in construction or landscaping with a focus on hardscape installation or masonry work * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately * Proficiency with hand tools such as trowels, chisels, levels, and shovels; familiarity with power tools including saws and drills * Experience operating heavy equipment like skid steers or compactors is preferred * Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and finishing methods * Strong understanding of construction estimating principles for material needs and project timelines * Skills in carpentry, drywall installation, plumbing basics, electrical experience or welding are advantageous but not mandatory * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Embark on a career that combines craftsmanship with creativity!
