Alberta's Tomorrow Project (ATP; myatp.ca), housed within Cancer Care Alberta, is the largest research project ever undertaken in the province. Launched in 2000, this prospective cohort follows 55,000 participants for up to 50 years to examine how environmental, lifestyle, and genetic factors relate to cancer and chronic disease, with the goal of improving understanding of their causes and prevention. ATP collects, processes, and stores data and biosamples, and shares them through standard access procedures with researchers at universities, health organizations, and research institutes in Alberta, Canada and abroad. This is a casual position that will be collecting fasting blood samples from ATP participants so candidates must have excellent phlebotomy skills.
