We envision a bright future in Coquitlam that we hope includes you!About You / What We Are Looking ForThe City of Coquitlam is seeking up to two experienced Senior ICT Project Managers to help lead some of the organization?s most significant technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives, including a major enterprise-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation. Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, these roles are responsible for leading complex, enterprise-wideprojects that support the City?s strategic priorities and enhance how services are delivered to our community. Working across departments, you will partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, vendors, solution providers, implementation partners and executive sponsors to deliver high-impact projects that drive innovation, modernization, and organizational change. You understand that successful project delivery is about more than managing timelines and budgets?it is about building relationships, navigating change, influencing stakeholders, and helping organizations successfully adopt new ways of working. We are looking for collaborative and strategic project leaders who bring strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives. As one of these roles will play a key leadership role in the City?s enterprise-wide ERP transformation, significant experience leading a major, multi-year, cross-functional ERP implementation will be particularly important. This experience should include accountability for coordinating multiple business and technology workstreams, executive-level governance, external partners and significant organizational change. These roles offer the opportunity to influence how one of British Columbia?s fastest-growing municipalities leverages technology to improve services, modernize operations, and support future growth.Main Responsibilities Lead large, enterprise-wide technology modernization and transformation projects and programs, including major ERP implementations, from strategy and planning through procurement, implementation, go-live, stabilization and transition to service. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and communication plans to ensure successful project outcomes. Partner with departments across the organization to identify business needs, define project objectives, and align initiatives with Council priorities, business plans, and ICT strategic objectives. Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams and multiple interdependent workstreams involving internal staff, business stakeholders, technical resources, consultants, solution providers, vendors, and implementation partners. Manage relationships with external vendors, solution providers and implementation partners, establishing clear accountabilities and proactively addressing performance, delivery, scope and dependency issues. Work closely with change management resources and business leaders to support organizational readiness and the adoption of new technologies, processes and ways of working
