At Hyperflo, we design and manufacture ventilation equipment for the mining industry. We are looking for an Industrial Painter to contribute to the finishing of our equipment, manufactured directly at our workshop in Rouyn-Noranda.
Your role: Prepare surfaces, apply paint and coatings, and ensure a durable, high-quality finish. Whether you have a few years of experience or an extensive background in the trade, what matters most to us is your expertise, reliability, and pride in quality workmanship.
What You'll Do on a Daily Basis
• Prepare parts and surfaces before painting;
• Perform cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and masking as required;
• Prepare and mix paint products according to specifications;
• Apply primers, paints, and industrial coatings using spray equipment;
• Adjust application equipment according to the work being performed;
• Inspect the uniformity, thickness, and overall quality of the finish;
• Perform touch-ups and corrections as needed;
• Clean and maintain painting equipment;
• Collaborate with the fabrication, assembly, and quality control teams;
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
The Profile We're Looking ForYou are a hands-on, detail-oriented, and reliable person. You understand the importance of proper preparation, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in seeing a finished product knowing the job was done right.
Ideally, you have:
• Experience in industrial painting, automotive bodywork, or a related field;
• Experience applying paint using spray equipment;
• Good knowledge of surface preparation techniques;
• The ability to prepare and mix paint products;
• A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail;
• The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
