Hotel Maintenance

The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Regina is currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and self-motivated Full-Time Maintenance to join our team. This position requires full availability to work any day and at any time, including weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays, as operational needs require. IMPORTANT: Please do not apply if your availability is limited or if you are unable to work flexible hours. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience in general maintenance, hotel maintenance & building maintenance. Strong hands-on knowledge of various aspects of building and facility maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repair solutions. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and general mechanical systems. Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Professional attitude with strong customer service skills. Physically capable of lifting, moving equipment, climbing ladders, and performing hands-on maintenance tasks. Ability to work safely and follow established procedures. Willingness to assist guests and team members as required. Flexible, dependable, and able to respond to changing maintenance priorities. Positive work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards of hotel quality and safety.
