*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Plumber Helper to assist experienced plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. This entry-level position offers valuable hands-on experience in construction plumbing and related trades. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and basic mechanical skills and at least 1 year experience. Prior construction site experience and familiarity with hand tools and power tools are highly desirable. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills in a dynamic environment focused on building and remodeling projects. *Responsibilities* * Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings * Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment * Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete tasks accurately * Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements * Measure and cut pipes using appropriate tools while adhering to safety standards * Support in remodeling, assembly, and general maintenance tasks on construction sites * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times * Assist with troubleshooting plumbing issues using mechanical knowledge and basic math skills * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion *Skills* * Construction site experience with exposure to at least one year plumbing or related trades * Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and pipe threading processes * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately * Familiarity with welding, HVAC systems, carpentry, and handyman tasks is a plus * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment * Mechanical knowledge relevant to plumbing systems and field service operations * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret schematics and technical instructions * Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs * Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions on remodeling or maintenance projects This position is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in plumbing or construction trades while gaining practical experience on diverse projects.
