In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling services, provide outstanding customer care, and contribute to creating a welcoming salon environment. Your passion for hairdressing and ability to communicate effectively will help ensure our clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, extensions, and updos with precision and creativity * Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles and treatments * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment * Engage in upselling retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue * Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, communicating clearly, and ensuring clients feel valued * Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and processing payments * Stay informed on current trends and techniques to continually improve skills and service offerings *Experience* * Proven experience as a professional Hairdresser or Stylist in a busy salon environment * Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, coloring processes, and sanitation protocols * Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients * Experience in retail sales and upselling is preferred but not required * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a vibrant team that celebrates creativity, values exceptional service, and strives for excellence in every hairstyle!
