*b description* Laser Energy Controls is currently recruiting a B2B Service Sales Account Manager for its rapidly expanding Commercial HVAC Services business.? The successful candidate will be driven, articulate and results and detail oriented. Candidate should have two or more years? experience in the heating and air conditioning industry. This position is accountable for generating new business for Commercial & Industrial, Restaurants Services by actively soliciting prospects, following up on those prospects, making sales calls, providing product information, and closing sales. *Responsibilities Include:* * Prospecting and qualifying new business within assigned service territory and product segments * Maintaining a database for profiling and tracking accounts and opportunities, as well as collecting customer information and general market intelligence * Designing and executing a daily prospecting plan to maximize coverage within the sales territory * Closing sales through rapport building with potential customers, clearly articulating product benefits, overcoming objections and completing contracts *Desired Skills and Experience* * 2 years of outside sales experience or a recent post-secondary graduate * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment * Motivated, results-oriented, self-directed with excellent follow through * Ability to plan and organize in order to meet goals, objectives and sales targets, and close deals * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with prospective clients * Experience with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel * Must have a vehicle for transportation and valid Class G license *Compensation:* * Base salary and premium commission structure. * Transportation and phone allowance. * On-target-earnings exceed $10,000 per month. * Vehicle expenses * health insurance benefits *About This company* Laser Energy Controls is a full commercial service heating and air conditioning (HVAC) company serving the GTA for over 25 years.
