This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the building of beautiful, custom homes while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced construction environment. If you thrive on hands-on work, teamwork, and physical activity, this position is perfect for you! *Duties* * Assist with various construction tasks on-site, including material handling and site cleanup * Pick up and deliveries to support Carpentry team & Site Supervisors * Operate power tools safely and efficiently * Follow safe work procedures * Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to maintain proper functioning * Collaborate with team members *Skills* * Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and perform manual tasks for extended periods * Ability to lift and move construction materials and equipment safely * Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward safety, quality, and learning * Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Clean driving record with experience towing * Reliable, working smartphone with an active data plan and the ability to use company-required apps and communication tools * Reliable transportation to and from job sites * Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions * Willingness to follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPEt The successful candidate must hold an valid drivers license Join us at White Wolf Homes and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to building exceptional homes!
