Purpose of the Job: To assemble a variety of different products associated with agriculture manufacturing under the direction of the Shift Supervisor. Essential functions and responsibilities: - Must have the ability to read drawings, blueprints and manuals for the purpose of assembling product. - Must be capable of operating hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner. - Document final quality control inspections. Must meet or exceed production standards. Other duties and responsibilities: - Forklift operation. - Over head crane operation. - Test equipment. Knowledge and Skills: - Possess knowledge of agricultural equipment. - Must be mechanically inclined. - Must be able to use precision-measuring tools accurately. - Must maintain respect and a positive attitude. - Must be able to lift 50 pounds. - Must be able to meet Degelman Industries standards.
