Company -SRS Property Mgmt Corporation Position - Cleaning supervisor Regina, SK S4P 2P9 Salary $27.00 hourly Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Day, Evening, Weekend Start date -Starts as soon as possible vacancies -1 Overview Languages English Responsibilities Tasks Overseeing the work product of all cleaners Responsibilities include all product inventories, assigning and directing work Report any disciplinary concerns to Manager and handle these issues very tactfully and professionally Give cleaner on-the-job instructions, maintain and requisition of cleaning supplies and keep a record of stock Ensure all equipment are functional Schedule preventative maintenance of equipment, basic troubleshoot in the case of an emergency Responsible for monitoring and maintaining work schedules and ensuring that employees complete Work assignments in a timely manner Perform the quality inspection reports and make sure the quality of cleaning is always maintained Regular quality inspection walk-through with client prior to the inspection all the previous issues must be resolved Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing garbage, etc. Additional information Personal suitability Dependability Efficient interpersonal skills Flexibility Initiative Reliability How to apply By email [email protected] By mail 1840 McIntyre Street suite 100 Regina, SK S4P 2P9
