Farm supervisor

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots. Hay farming. Oilseed (except soybean) farming. Other grain farming. Dusty. Outdoors. Livestock. Work setting: Rural area. Remote location. Staff accommodation provided. Relocation costs covered by employer. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Screening questions: Are you currently a student?. Do you have experience working in this field?. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
