This position is essential to the overall success of our food service operations, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. *Duties* * Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen. * Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff. * Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. * Help with the restocking of supplies and ingredients in the kitchen. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. *Skills* * Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. * Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards. * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. * Good communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff. * Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks as needed, including food preparation and helping cooks. * A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent hospitality.
